We ship products to Germany for free
After placing your order, please allow up to 24 hours for us to process and prepare your items for shipping.
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status.
Delivery
This depends on the stock we have, so we provide two different shipments.
- The first takes 1-3 days.
- The second takes 6-12 days.

Most of our carriers will leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule a delivery or pick up your package from a nearby location.
You can if you contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the address. Therefore, you will have to cancel your order and place a new one.
Return
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns. However, return shipping costs and original shipping fees may not be refundable.
